Occasion Wear: Leaving Do

I recently attended a leaving do with work.  This was also my last opportunity to say goodbye before I relocate in a week’s time.

When it comes to occasions, I do like to spend a little more on my outfits and create a look that is different than my normal day-to-day.

For the look:

Ombre bark dress by French Connection, £60.

Leather sandal - nude by Zara, £39.99.

I booked to have my make-up professionally done by Becky at Chanel, John Lewis in Exeter.

Becky used the following products:

  • Illusion D'Ombre #81 Fastasme Long Wear Luminous Eyeshadow
  • Ligne Graphique #10 Noir
  • Le Volume Mascara #10 Noir

  • Crayon Sourcils Sculpting Eyebrow Pencil #40 Brun Cendre

  • Le Blanc De Chanel Sheer Illuminating Base
  • Vitalumiere Aqua #20
  • Bronze Universel

  • Rouge Coco Shine #80 Suspense

Chanel do charge £30 for an hour's session, however, this is redeemable against a product.

For this look, Aimee used:
a comb, TIGI bed head masterpiece hairspray, bobby pins and small elastic bands.

I have to thank Aimee, Headquarters in Exeter for the style.  I would never have been able to achieve this look by myself and it stayed intact the whole evening.

For a 30 minute styling, this cost £20.

It was a lovely evening with great company, food and drink.

Unfortunately, I did not take any pictures of the final look to share (although I am still determined to find one!)
