Beauty: My Product of the Month #3

Working in a hospital, I have to regularly apply antibacterial hand gel.  I prefer to use my own which I take everywhere, however, any sort of sanitiser is going to leave your hands dry.

Moisturising is therefore the key but finding the perfect hand cream apparently takes a lot of research and testing!

I purchased a Manuka Honey hand cream from a Christmas Market that claimed to be the perfect product for dry chapped skin.  Unfortunately, after a couple of months use, even after washing dishes and used overnight, this product wasn’t for me and so the search continued.

A good friend recently introduced me to Jo Malone and every time I visit one of their stores, I come away adding more things to my wish list!

I tested their Vitamin E Nourishing Hand Treatment on a couple of occasions and was impressed with how long the product lasted and on receiving a complimentary hand and arm massage, I decided to buy it.

The ‘Vitamin E Nourishing Hand Treatment is a light cream that instantly soothes dry skin, while helping to hydrate, soften and restore vitality.’

I have been using this product for a couple of days now and I can honestly say I am already noticing a difference in the condition of my hands.  They look hydrated; feel softer and the cracks appear to have gone.

Although it is priced at £38 per 100ml, the tiniest amount goes a long way and if purchased through Jo Malone, they offer a complimentary gift-wrap service with the beautiful iconic box and ribbon.
