Beauty: My Product of the Month #14

After a long day in the office and two hour commute, I struggle in the evenings to take a step back and find ways to relax.

There are a few things that help such as having time with our dog, enjoying a cup of tea and watching Keeping Up with the Kardashians but sometimes, a long, hot, steamy bath is just what I need to soak away the stresses of the day.

Mio's Liquid Yoga Restorative Bath Soak is the perfect antidote and as the name suggests, is yoga in a bottle allowing you to unwind thanks to the 'essential oils, mineral salts and therapeutic herbs'.

Shake the bottle well then pour a glug whilst running the bath.  The formula comes out green but do not be alarmed as you're welcomed with a luxurious scent.  Detach yourself from technology, slip in and close your eyes.

On stepping out of the tub, my skin felt nourished (one of the ingredients is Murumuru Butter) and I found the soak to also help alleviate my Achilles tendonitis.

Something that I was not aware of, but is in line with Mio's ethos (fit skin for life), is that this soak is free from skin irritants Sodium Laureth Sulfate and Sodium Lauryl Sulfate (SLS).  You can read Mio's full 'no nasties' policy (here).

This multi-tasking product is priced at £26 but be aware that it does sell-out quickly.

Namaste,

Hana xx
